Apostle Steve Hezekiah Jones, born in Chicago, IL, is the founder and Presiding Prelate of The Disciples of Deliverance Fellowship International and Senior Pastor of Praise Tabernacle Deliverance Center. Licensed to preach in 1975 and ordained in 1977, he has served faithfully in ministry for over four decades.

He holds degrees in Biblical Studies, an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity, and has pastored thriving congregations, including Greater Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church and Praise Tabernacle. Under his leadership, the church has grown spiritually and produced influential ministries, including the recording of God’s Got a Blessing for You.

Apostle Jones has licensed and ordained more than 40 ministers, served in international leadership roles, and is widely recognized as a spiritual father and apostolic voice. He is a man of humility, a servant-leader, and a devoted husband to Lady Beverly Jones. Together they are blessed with eight children and grandchildren.
