Christian Education

The Christian Education Department oversees the teaching curriculum of Praise Tabernacle Ministry, including our Vacation Bible School. Rooted in sound biblical doctrine, we uphold the Holy Bible as the inspired Word of God and the foundation for all instruction.

Community Outreach & Evangelism

Our Outreach Ministry leads the church’s evangelism efforts and coordinates community-focused initiatives. This includes oversight of the Food Pantry and the development of programs based on local needs—extending Christ’s love through tangible support.

Dance & Drama Ministry

Worship through dance and drama powerfully expresses praise and shares the message of God’s love. Our dance team glorifies God through movement, while the drama team presents impactful stories that demonstrate how faith in God transforms lives.

Food Pantry

In partnership with the Chicago Food Depository, our Food Pantry provides nourishment to hundreds of families each week. Supported by faithful volunteers, this ministry is a cornerstone of our commitment to meeting practical needs in our community.

Hope Chest

The Hope Chest Ministry offers gently used clothing, shoes, and household items to individuals and families in need. Through generous donations and compassionate outreach, we bring hope and dignity to those we serve.

Media Ministry

The Media Ministry enhances and extends our worship experience through high-quality audio and video production. By broadcasting services and ministry content, we reach those who cannot attend in person—spreading the Gospel far and wide.

Men’s Ministry

Empowering men to live as priests, providers, and protectors, the Men’s Ministry supports spiritual growth and leadership development. We mentor men of all ages to walk in purpose and strength, both in their homes and in the church.

Music Ministry

Through psalms, hymns, and contemporary praise, our Music Ministry ushers in the presence of God. With a heart for worship, we inspire and uplift the congregation, drawing hearts closer to God through the power of song.

Prayer Intercessors

Our Intercessory Prayer Team is devoted to fasting and prayer, standing in the gap for our pastors, leaders, members, communities, and nations. We seek God’s will and covering for the church and beyond through consistent and fervent prayer.

Ushers & Greeters

Serving as the first point of contact, our Ushers and Greeters create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They provide assistance with seating, maintain order, and ensure that everyone feels valued and informed during their visit.

Women’s Ministry

The Women’s Ministry is a space for women of all ages to grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and embrace their God-given purpose. Through mentorship and fellowship, we encourage women to lead with love, strength, and faith.

Youth Ministry

Our Youth Ministry equips children and teens to face life’s challenges with biblical wisdom. We nurture their spiritual growth, helping them discover their gifts and empowering them to serve God with confidence and joy.
