Denise Davis, affectionately known as “Ms. Denise,” is a devoted servant of God with a lifelong passion for ministry. She first impacted youth as a leader at Praise Tabernacle, where she also directed Essence of Praise (EOP), a contemporary dance ministry designed to help young women express their worship through dance. Gifted in music, she served on the Music Ministry Team, teaching, directing, and helping shape the worship life of the church.

Out of her personal testimony as a teenage mother, Denise developed a heart for women and young mothers, which led to the founding of My Sister’s Keeper Women’s Ministry. She continues to inspire women toward healing and wholeness in Christ.

Answering the Lord’s call, Denise was licensed as an Evangelist in September 2015 under Apostle Steve and Pastor Beverly Jones. Together with her husband, Elder Tyrone S. Davis Sr., she co-founded I Still Do Marriage Ministry to strengthen marriages and fight against the rising tide of divorce. In 2017, after much prayer and fasting, the couple launched Abundant Praise Family Worship Center, a ministry dedicated to family restoration and the building of strong, godly homes.

Denise is a wife, mother of nine in a blended family, and grandmother of four (and counting). She holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and is pursuing her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. Above all, she is a psalmist, mentor, and woman of faith who remains ready to serve wherever God leads.
