Elder Beverly R. Jones serves as Pastor of the Praise Tabernacle Deliverance Center in Chicago, IL, under the leadership of her husband and Pastor, Apostle Steve H. Jones, who is the Founder and Senior Pastor.

A staunch supporter of her husband & pastor, she exhibits a vibrant energy concerning her commitment to promoting the Vision of Praise Tabernacle, “to receive the rejected and heal the hurting”. Pastor “Beverly” has a warm, humble and compassionate spirit, and she exemplifies God’s love to all she meets.

This woman of God is a uniquely gifted psalmist who ministers under the anointing of God to bring about healing and deliverance as she sings.

Chosen by God, she accepted her calling into the gospel ministry in the year 2000 and was licensed as an Evangelist. In January of 2004, Apostle Steve Jones was directed by God to appoint Lady Beverly as Co-Pastor. She was subsequently ordained as Elder and consecrated to the office of Pastor.

A dynamic Preacher and Teacher of the Word of God, her life exemplifies the power of God working within her. She is undeniably a woman of fervent prayer and intercession who has been endowed with much wisdom.

Pastor Beverly’s passion for reaching out to women also includes mentoring and counseling of our young ladies and girls, under the establishment of the “Daughters of Destiny”. She also served as the International Director for the St. Mark Covenant Churches Fellowship, Daughters of Zion.

Never seeking the spotlight for herself, she is an encourager who strives to help others realize and fulfill their purpose in the Lord. She wears many “hats”…from Woman of God, wife and mother to “girlfriend” and confidant, and she wears all of them well!

Pastor Beverly is also student of the Word of God and has attended the Midwest Christian Bible College and the Jordan Bible Institute.

She is greatly loved and supported by her husband, Apostle Steve H. Jones, her children and all her spiritual children of Praise Tabernacle as well.
